The other day, some friends and I were playing Hourouf w Aloof, a popular trivia game based on letters of the alphabet, on someone’s phone.
The players pick a letter and then have to answer general knowledge questions choosing from a list of answers that all begin with that letter. One of the questions for ع was: “ماذا تسمي البنت التي لا تتزوج؟”
M guessed عانس. The answer, of course, was عذراء.
